Support Manager (1C)

Company IT. Information Technologies invites Support Manager in the large foreign company (Project duration - 3-4 months).


Responsibilities:

   Identify support levels required to provide post Go Live support;
   Manage Support Tickets received HelpDesk or phone;
   Provide training material development support.

Requirements:

   Higher education;
   Excellent English (technical);
   Previous experience working with system support processes;

   Experience supporting 1C.
